Re wrapping can be done if your necklace becomes damaged and the crystal is fine it can be re-wrapped at a lower fee + the cost of shipping.

If handled roughly, crystals can break or chip. When bathing, I suggest that you remove your jewellery if you can. Chemicals from soaps as well as saltwater can break down crystals and weaken the waxed cord..

Always try place your Jewry somewhere safe; to prevent Damage.
Try and keep your jewellery away from other metal jewellery.

Your necklaces are made from very strong polyester waxed cord
To allow for longevity of your necklace take care when swimming in water. Not all crystals are ok with water. 
Crystals love to be charged and cleansed. Especially under a full moon. Do this regulary to get the best benefits from your crystals
